  1. I suggest that Rep. Jerry Anderson correct his list of substances he wishes to no longer be considered contaminants in H.B. 229. He lumps all noble gases together. One of the noble gases happens to be radon, a radioactive carcinogen common in Utah. There is no safe level of radon exposure, natural though it may be.
