Welcome to the UPC Show with Curtis Haring, and Dylan McDonnell!
In the first half: No one is watching the oil wells, Herbert calls for a $160 million tax cut (as opposed to the $80 million proposed by the legislature), but, hey, at least he is welcoming immigrants., and a new push to pass the ERA hits Utah
In the second half: Strap in, 900 bills have already been filed for the upcoming legislative session, none of them probably deal with the fact that we are out of bar licenses or a carbon tax, which most likely not be on the 2020 ballot after a petition drive falls short. But, be happy, Republicans are looking to boot Representative Stewart out in a primary.
Other talking points include:
- Sorry it has been a month
- Building laws one word at a time
- Commin’ around on Dougal
- How to rig your taxes
- You can’t adopt gingers

- Do you know the Dewey Decimal System?
For you fuddy-duddies that don’t like the cold open: The politics talk kicks in at 4:00.
