Audio: Constitutional Defense Council Hearing

Yesterday policymakers on the Constitutional Defense Council met to discuss topics related the transfer of $100,000 to embattled San Juan County Commissioner Phil Lyman.

The motion was ultimately a moot point, however, that does not mean that the meeting was quiet.

Though the meeting was open to the public, it was not available to anyone outside of the room for broadcast.

Here is the committee hearing in its entirety – there is a cut in the middle when committee members broke for nearly an hour to discuss how to act in light of potential lawsuits.
